- Keep the product box/bag clean and undamaged (use an outer carton for shipping)

- Items that are worn/used or marked (e.g., gloves with signs of wear, eyewear with scratched lenses)
- Missing or damaged packaging, cut tags, or removed safety films
- Customised or non-resalable items
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple packing steps.
- Drop the parcel at the indicated counter or book a collection.
- We’ll process your refund or exchange once the item is checked in.
Refund timing
- Refunds are typically processed 2–5 business days after inspection (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).
Faulty or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, tell us right away. We’ll sort it out with priority at no cost to you.
