• If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 business day of your order.
• If an item is not in stock, please contact us to confirm the estimated arrival time (ETA).
• We ship throughout South Africa and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• For international shipping, please contact us for a quote and estimated shipping times.
• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather or carrier delays.
• Shipping times for domestic orders are usually as follows: Gauteng overnight, KwaZulu Natal 1 to 2 days, Eastern Cape 2 to 3 days, Western Cape 2 to 3 days and outlying areas 3 to 5 days.
