We ship nationwide in South Africa using trusted couriers coordinated through Bob Go (formerly uAfrica), who are integrated with most major courier networks. This gives you reliable coverage countrywide and live tracking on dispatch.
Shipping fees
- Flat rate: R 85.00 (incl. VAT) per order.
- Free delivery: orders over R 1,250.00 (incl. VAT).
Fees apply to standard road delivery within South Africa. Large/oversize shipments may require a custom quote — we’ll confirm before shipping.
Dispatch times
- In-stock items: usually ship on the next business day.
- Back-orders / out of stock: typically 10–14 days from order, subject to supplier availability and logistics. We’ll keep you updated if this changes.
Estimated delivery times
Actual delivery time depends on your location, courier routing, and when your order is dispatched. The guide below reflects typical road-freight timeframes after dispatch:

*Timeframes are estimates once your parcel has left our warehouse. Peak season, severe weather, load-shedding impacts, or courier network delays can extend these times.
Delivery addresses we can ship to
- Physical street addresses only. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or PostNet addresses.
- If you have a special delivery requirement (gated sites, access times, security clearance), contact us before checkout so we can confirm feasibility.
Tracking & notifications
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is booked with the courier.
- Tracking may take a few hours to update after collection from our warehouse.
Missed deliveries & address issues
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually re-attempt or contact you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Address changes after dispatch or re-delivery to a new location may incur a courier fee. We’ll confirm any costs with you before proceeding.
Split shipments & back-orders
- If part of your order is on back-order, we can ship available items first and the balance later. Let us know your preference at checkout or via reply to your order confirmation.
