The WX Valor three-lens set combines Clear, Grey and Light Rust lenses with a lightweight Matte Tan frame. Its interchangeable tints cover bright, untinted low-light and contrast-enhancing conditions, while the complete frame-and-lens system has been assessed against a defined American military fragment-impact requirement.
The three included lenses allow the WX Valor to be adapted as light conditions change. Grey reduces glare and brightness in strong sunlight, Clear provides high light transmission where a dark tint is unnecessary, and Light Rust increases contrast in medium- to low-light conditions.
This range makes the set useful for activities that move between bright outdoor, indoor and reduced-light environments. Each lens uses the same lightweight Matte Tan frame, avoiding the need to change the complete eyewear when a different tint is required.
Clear, Grey and Light Rust options cover distinctly different light conditions.
Grey provides 15% light transmission to reduce intense sunlight and glare.
Clear provides 89% light transmission for indoor and low-light environments.
Light Rust provides 52% light transmission and helps reduce glare and haze.
Every lens provides 100% UVA and UVB protection and uses a T-Shell™ scratch-resistant coating.
The complete frame-and-lens system has been assessed against a defined American military requirement.
The WX Valor three-lens set is particularly useful for hunting, shooting and tactical activities where lighting may change during use. Its bright, untinted and contrast-enhancing options allow the same frame to move between outdoor sunlight, indoor areas and more limited light.

The frame is made from lightweight, durable Triloid™ Nylon, a non-metal material that helps keep unnecessary frame mass low. The Matte Tan finish gives it a muted, non-glossy earth-tone appearance.

The Clear lens allows a high proportion of available light through without adding a tint, helping colours retain a natural appearance. It is intended for indoor use and low-light conditions such as dawn, dusk, haze and overcast weather.
The Grey lens reduces intense glare and brightness while keeping colours close to their natural appearance. It is intended for strong sunlight and other bright outdoor conditions.
The Light Rust lens filters blue light to help reduce glare and haze while increasing contrast. It is intended for medium- to low-light conditions where distinguishing details may otherwise be more difficult.
All three lenses are made from strong, durable Selenite™ polycarbonate and provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. Their T-Shell™ coating helps resist scratches and limit surface damage, although scratch-resistant does not mean scratch-proof.
This configuration is assessed against ANSI Z87.1, MIL-PRF-32432A, EN.166S.
Assesses the complete eyewear against defined high-velocity and high-mass impact tests. These include a fast-moving 6.35 mm steel ball and a 500 g pointed falling projectile; the frame and lenses must remain intact during testing.
Assesses the complete frame-and-lens system against a defined American military high-speed fragment-impact requirement, with test velocities set according to the eyewear category.
Assesses the complete eyewear using a defined steel-ball impact test. The lens must remain in the frame without shattering, and the frame must remain intact under the specified conditions.
