The Wiley X Jakl three-lens set combines Clear, Grey and Light Rust options with a high-wrap Matte Black frame. The interchangeable system supports transitions between bright outdoor, untinted reduced-light and contrast-enhancing conditions, while the complete frame-and-lens system has been assessed against a defined military fragment-impact requirement.
Grey reduces brightness in strong sunlight, Clear provides an untinted view indoors and in reduced light, and Light Rust increases contrast in medium- to low-light conditions. All three lenses fit the same frame, allowing the configuration to be changed as the environment or activity develops.
The lightweight frame uses dual-injected rubber temples to add grip at its contact points.

Each supplied lens fits the same high-wrap frame.
The Base Curve 8 shape is more enveloping than a medium-wrap design.
Dual-injected rubber sections add grip along the temples.
All three lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection and have a scratch-resistant coating.
The complete frame-and-lens system has been assessed against MIL-PRF-32432A.
This configuration is particularly relevant to hunting, shooting and tactical activities that extend across changing daylight or mixed indoor and outdoor environments. Defence, law-enforcement, airsoft and hardball users may also benefit from the three-lens range and defined fragment-impact assessment.

The Base Curve 8 frame provides a close-fitting, high-wrap profile that is more enveloping than a medium-wrap design. Dual-injected rubber temples add grip where the frame contacts the wearer.

The frame is made from lightweight, durable Triloid™ Nylon. Its Matte Black finish provides a subdued, non-glossy appearance.
The Clear lens allows a high proportion of available light through without adding a tint, helping colours retain their natural appearance. It is intended for indoor use, dawn, dusk, haze and overcast conditions.
The Grey lens reduces brightness and general glare in strong sunlight while keeping colours close to their natural appearance. It is intended for bright outdoor conditions rather than reduced-light environments.
The Light Rust lens filters selected blue light to help reduce glare and haze while increasing contrast. It is intended for medium- to low-light conditions where distinguishing details may otherwise be more difficult.
All three lenses are made from strong, durable Selenite™ polycarbonate and provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. Their T-Shell™ coating helps resist scratches and limit surface damage, although scratch-resistant does not mean scratch-proof.
This configuration is assessed against ANSI Z87.1, MIL-PRF-32432A, ISO 12312-1.
Assesses the complete eyewear against defined high-velocity and high-mass impact requirements. These include tests using a fast-moving 6.35 mm steel ball and a 500 g pointed falling projectile; the frame and lenses must remain intact during testing.
Assesses the complete frame-and-lens system against a defined American military fragment-impact requirement. Test velocities vary according to the relevant eyewear category.
