Step 1: Measure Your Finger Length

• Place your hand flat and measure from the base of your palm (position A) to the tip of your middle finger (position B).
• Write down the measurement in centimetres (cm).
• Use the Finger Length chart to find your size range under “Men’s”, “Women’s”, or “Youth”.
  

Step 2: Measure Your Palm Width

• With your hand open, measure across your palm from the outer edge below your little finger to the inner edge below your index finger (position A to B).
• Record this width in centimetres.
• Match your measurement to the Palm Width chart to confirm your size range.
  

Step 3: Match Your Size

• Compare your finger length and palm width to find your glove size (e.g. Small, Medium, Large).
• If your measurements fall between two sizes, size down for a snug fit or size up for a more relaxed fit.
• Use the centre column labelled "Glove Size" for general size guidance.
