How to Find Your Mechanix Glove Size
To get the best fit from your Mechanix Wear gloves, you’ll need to measure two things: your finger length and palm width. Use a ruler or tape measure and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Measure Your Finger Length

  • Place your hand flat and measure from the base of your palm (position A) to the tip of your middle finger (position B).
  • Write down the measurement in centimetres (cm).
  • Use the Finger Length chart to find your size range under “Men’s”, “Women’s”, or “Youth”.

Step 2: Measure Your Palm Width

  • With your hand open, measure across your palm from the outer edge below your little finger to the inner edge below your index finger (position A to B).
  • Record this width in centimetres.
  • Match your measurement to the Palm Width chart to confirm your size range.

Step 3: Match Your Size

  • Compare your finger length and palm width to find your glove size (e.g. Small, Medium, Large).
  • If your measurements fall between two sizes, size down for a snug fit or size up for a more relaxed fit.
  • Use the centre column labelled "Glove Size" for general size guidance.

The Max Cut M-Pact F9-360 uses different forms of protection around the hand. The ArmorCore 9 liner provides 360° cut resistance, while Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) guards cover the knuckles and fingers to protect against blunt impacts and help reduce crushing and pinch-point injuries. At the heel of the palm, D3O padding dissipates shocks and vibrations.

Durability also comes from how the palm and fingers are constructed. Gunn Cut construction removes vulnerable seams from high-wear areas, and HiRoller fingertips add durability while maintaining dexterity. Armortex reinforces the palm for gripping tools, while the Max Cut palm construction provides abrasion and puncture resistance. A screen-printed layer extends from the HiRoller fingertips to add a barrier against grease and grime.
