We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What we need from you
- Start the return within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels included
- Keep the product box/bag clean and undamaged (use an outer carton for shipping)

- Items that are worn/used or marked (e.g., gloves with signs of wear, eyewear with scratched lenses)
- Missing or damaged packaging, cut tags, or removed safety films
- Customised or non-resalable items
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple packing steps.
- Drop the parcel at the indicated counter or book a collection.
- We’ll process your refund or exchange once the item is checked in.
Refund timing
- Refunds are typically processed 2–5 business days after inspection (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).
Faulty or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, tell us right away. We’ll sort it out with priority at no cost to you.

Phenomenal protection for all conditions!: The WX Detection offers exceptional protection and a fit so comfortable, you will forget you are wearing protective eyewear. The interchangeable lenses allow you to quickly swap out the lenses, so that you can adapt to the different light conditions you venture out in. The model comes with five different shields. It has adjustable nose pads, and flexible, form-fitting, wire-core, rubber temples that function as an extension of the wrap-around frame, holding the shield securely in position. The WX Detection provides long-lasting comfort and an unobstructed view.

Clear/Yellow/Orange/Purple/Copper shields: Clear
With the clear shield you get maximum light transmission, making you see the precise color values. Ideal for hazy or overcast weather, as well as dusk/dawn conditions and indoor use.
100% UVA/UVB protective
Yellow
The yellow shield is the best light enhancing tint. It filters out the blue light (HEV), which may cause glare, and it enhances contrasts in low-light, foggy, or overcast conditions.

Orange
The orange shield masters in sharpening contrasts, while it also dampens the green colors. With this shield, your optimal vision is ensured, when used in medium to low-light conditions.
