We are happy to announce we ship throughout South Africa! All orders are dispatched from our offices in Johannesburg within 1 - 2 business days.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 24hrs after placing your order.

Shipping Times

Typically, our domestic shipping times are as follows:

  • Gauteng 1 to 2 days
  • KwaZulu Natal 1 to 2 days
  • Eastern Cape 2 to 3 days
  • Western Cape 2 to 3 days
  • Outlying 3 to 5 days

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What we need from you

  • Start the return within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels included
  • Keep the product box/bag clean and undamaged (use an outer carton for shipping)

What’s not returnable (unless faulty)

  • Items that are worn/used or marked (e.g., gloves with signs of wear, eyewear with scratched lenses)
  • Missing or damaged packaging, cut tags, or removed safety films
  • Customised or non-resalable items

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple packing steps.
  3. Drop the parcel at the indicated counter or book a collection.
  4. We’ll process your refund or exchange once the item is checked in.

Refund timing

  • Refunds are typically processed 2–5 business days after inspection (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, tell us right away. We’ll sort it out with priority at no cost to you.
